📦 Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

🕒 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). This lead time allows us to carefully prepare and package your items with the quality and care you expect.

Note: During high-volume periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all South African courier destinations. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

📦 Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the order leaves our facility.

📬 Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at casually@100phuman.co.za  within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
